The truth behind anger is that it is such a pure, unfiltered emotion. 

 But, you’ll find that anger begats anger, meaning that it’s okay to react with fire in extreme cases but you better get that shit in check if it’s becoming a emotionally hurtful habit!

Anger should rarely be your first emotion. We have all been around people who can go from zero to 60 on the anger meter in the blink of an eye, and how personally damaging the effects of their actions can be. Try calming your thoughts and have faith and believe that everything will be all right! This will take you off the default setting of rage and into serenity.
